New Community Initiative: Coming 2026

Free Medical Rides for Unhoused Individuals

EZ Medical Transportation is proud to share that we are developing a new community program dedicated to providing free transportation to medical appointments for unhoused individuals throughout the Maricopa County. We are hoping the program will be up and running in 2026.

Access to healthcare should never depend on access to transportation. Far too many people in our community face challenges that make it difficult to get to essential medical visits, follow-up care, or treatment appointments. This initiative reflects our commitment to dignity, compassion, and removing barriers to care.

While the final structure and launch date are still being determined, our goals are to:

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to essential medical appointments

• Support consistent access to healthcare for unhoused individuals

• Partner with local shelters, hospitals, and community organizations

• Serve every passenger with respect, care, and professionalism
