Drivers
Our drivers are the heart of EZ Medical Transportation. You’ll provide safe, respectful, and reliable rides to seniors, veterans, and adults with mobility needs. Ideal candidates are compassionate, punctual, and professional. Must have a clean driving record, valid license, and the ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and Defensive Driving training.
Executive Assistant
EZ Medical Transportation is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to company leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities include calendar and schedule coordination, record and file maintenance, assisting with driver candidate screening, managing phone and email communications, and supporting business development initiatives. The Executive Assistant will also handle client inquiries, prepare reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in scheduling or office management are essential. A high school diploma is required; additional administrative or executive support experience is preferred.
